By accessing and using the HandyMango website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Services

HandyMango is a platform connecting homeowners with verified bathroom renovation contractors. Our services include:

• AI-powered renovation planning
• Bathroom rendering visualization
• Matching with verified contractors
• Milestone-based payment system
• 365-day workmanship warranty

3. User Accounts

You can start planning your renovation without creating an account. When you wish to proceed, you will need to register with your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and OTP codes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Omise/Opn, supporting PromptPay and credit cards. All prices include 7% VAT. Payments are divided into milestones. You only release the next payment after approving the current milestone.

5. Contractor Relationship

Contractors on our platform are independent service providers, not employees of HandyMango. We rigorously vet all contractors and provide a warranty system, but HandyMango does not directly perform renovation work.

6. Warranty

Renovations completed through HandyMango include a 365-day workmanship warranty covering installation issues, including waterproofing. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or modifications by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of HandyMango or its licensors. AI-generated renderings for your project may be used for personal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

HandyMango strives to provide the best service possible, but we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI renderings are illustrative only; actual results may vary. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid through our platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
