  • Match you with suitable contractors
  • Process milestone-based payments
  • Communicate with you about your project

3. Data Sharing

We will never sell your personal data. Data is only shared with:

  • Contractors matched to your project (only necessary information)
  • Payment provider (Omise/Opn)
  • AI providers (Anthropic, Google) for analysis and rendering generation

4. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Account data: retained while your account is active
  • Project data: retained while the project is active
  • Financial data: retained for 5 years under Thai tax law
  • Photos: deleted upon request (except those authorized for portfolio use)
